4F-PiHP stands for the research chemical 4-Fluoro-Alfa-PiHP. 4-FLuoro-Alfa-PiHP belongs to the synthetic cathinones, which have become a real research trend in recent years. 4F-PiHP is known for its stimulant and psychoactive effects. It affects the neurotransmitters noradrenaline, dopamine and serotonin. 4-Fluoro-Alpha-PiHP is examined in powder form. It is recommended not to vape this drug, as due to the less potent fluorocarbon, heat can break the carbon compound and this can be toxic.

In short, the substance is not intended for recreational consumption. Moreover, the Dutch government is drafting a new law that will ban all Newly Psychoactive Substances, including 4F-PiHP, at once.
