(0)It can always happen that something is not entirely as planned. We recommend that you make complaints known to us first by emailing [email protected] or contact us on whatsap: +31 6 10 84 83 86. From 15 February 2016, it is also possible for consumers in the EU to sign up complaints via the ODR platform of the European Commission. This ODR platform can be found at http://ec.europa.eu/odr. If your complaint is not yet proceeding elsewhere, it is free to deposit your complaint via the European Union platform.
