    • What happens if my order does not arrive?

      We guarantee delivery for all shipping methods with track & trace. This means that if your order is not delivered, an investigation will be started by us at the transport company u choose for, and your order will be sent again or you will get your money back.

      With the delivery option "Untracked shipment" we do not refund any money if your order is not delivered, nor do we resend the order. An investigation cannot be started with this option due to the lack of track&trace.


    • Are our Research Chemicals suitable for human consumption?

      We only sell our Research Chemicals for research purposes.

    • Which 6-APB variant do you sell?

      We sell the 6-APB (Benzo, Benzofury) Succinate variant.

    • Can products be returned?

      It depends on the product whether it can be returned. For example, if there is an expiration date on the product or if it is a vulnerable product on grounds of hygiene (hygiene products), we will not take it back.

    • I forgot to add my order number to my bank transfer. What now?

      If the order number is not in the description of your payment, the payment cannot be processed automatically. This is not a problem, and you can just forward a receipt and your order number to the help desk, and we will sort it out as soon as possible.

    • How long will it take for my bank transfer to be processed?

      If you make the payment from a Dutch bank, it will be in our account immediately. If the payment is made before 16.30, the payment will be processed the same day, and your order will be shipped the same day.

      A payment from a foreign bank can take up to 48 hours to reach our account. As soon as it is in our account, the payment will be processed automatically, and the order will be shipped as soon as possible.

      When you receive the invoice in your mail, it means that the payment has been processed. Always make sure to put the order number in the description of your payment to avoid delays in payment processing.

      The bulk discounts are listed on the product page for all products.
