How to grow Golden Teacher mushrooms

In these easy steps you will grow your own flight of Golden Teacher mushrooms:

1. Wash hands.
2. Rinse outside of grow kit.
3. Poke holes in top layer of grow kit with clean fork after removing lid.
4. Place lukewarm water in container and replace lid.
5. Allow to soak for eight to twelve hours.
6. Pour off excess water.
7. Allow sealant to drain.
8. Put lukewarm water in grow bag.
9. Put sealant in bag, keeping water from running into sealant.
10. Close the grow bag and tie it closed with the paper clips.
11. Put the whole thing out of sunlight. Also do not place it under a lamp or on a heater.
12. In the meantime, keep an eye on whether condensation is visible on the inside of the grow bag.
13. If necessary: mist the inside of the grow bag.
14. When you see small buds after two weeks, you can open the grow bag for fresh air.
15. When the membrane under the cap of the mushroom comes off, then you can start harvesting.

Dosage and duration of a Golden Teacher growkit

When you ingest mushrooms, you can do so by eating them, drawing tea from them or incorporating them into a meal. For a first trip a dosage of 1 or 2 grams of dried mushrooms and 12 to 24 grams of fresh mushrooms is recommended. After this you can slowly increase the dosage, but never take too much during your first trips. Depending on your dosage and whether you have a full stomach or not, the first effects can occur after fifteen minutes to an hour. Peak effects are experienced by most people after two to four hours. An average Golden Teacher mushroom trip experience is eight hours, with no hangover.
