The striking Mulungu tree is native to Brazil, Peru and other tropical regions of South America. It grows mainly in wet areas such as swamps and along rivers. Why the tree is so striking? This is because of its orange-coral-like flowers and the height it can reach, namely 10 to 14 meters high!
