If your package has been delivered to the pick-up location of your choice and the store employee indicates that nothing has been delivered, ask about the envelope packages. These are separated from the other packages and they often forget to look here.

Your order is insured for both the track & trace option and PostNL collection location. This means that if your order is not delivered, an investigation will be started by PostNL, and your order will be sent again or your money will be refunded.

With the delivery option "normal shipping" we do not pay any money if your order is not delivered, and we do not send the order either. An investigation cannot be started with this option due to the lack of track&trace and sender. Nevertheless, you can choose this option with confidence. It rarely or never happens that there is no delivery.

The delivery time for your order is 1-2 working days. In 95% of all cases PostNL delivers on time. During the holidays you will have to take into account that the delivery time can take longer. Experience shows that in the event of a delay, delivery is always made within a maximum of 5 working days.

We will not reimburse your shipping costs if your order is not delivered on time. After sending your order, PostNL is responsible for the delivery of your order.
