Delivery

    • What are my delivery options, shipping costs and delivery times?

    • What happens if my order does not arrive?

      For all shipping methods with track & trace, we offer delivery guarantee. This means that if your order is not delivered, we will initiate an investigation. Depending on the outcome, you will either receive a replacement shipment or a refund.


      If you choose the "Stamp Shipment" shipping option, we do not offer compensation in case of loss or non-delivery, and your order will not be resent. This method has no track & trace or sender information, so unfortunately, no investigation is possible.


      However, you can confidently choose this affordable shipping option — it's extremely rare for an order sent this way not to arrive.

    • My package has been shipped but hasn’t been scanned by PostNL yet?

      Our packages are picked up daily at 4:30 PM. They are scanned later at the PostNL depot. Sometimes this scan occurs later than usual.

      Don’t worry — this does not mean your order hasn’t been shipped. The package is on its way; only the first scan may be delayed.

    • My letterbox package says “Delivered”, but I haven’t received it. What should I do?

      Letterbox packages can sometimes be delivered up to 72 hours after the delivery notification. This happens when the courier hands it off to the regular mail carrier during busy times, which may cause a short delay in delivery.

      We recommend being patient a little longer. In most cases, the package is still delivered within this timeframe. If it hasn’t arrived after 72 hours, please contact our helpdesk.

    • Do you ship outside the Netherlands?

      No, we currently only ship within the Netherlands.

    • Do I need to send proof of payment to your helpdesk?

      No, that’s not necessary — unless you forgot to include your payment reference. See the question here below if that is the case.

    • I forgot to add my order number to the bank transfer. What should I do?

      No problem. You can still provide your order number as a reference. Please send your proof of payment along with the correct order number to our helpdesk.

    • How long does it take for my bank transfer to be processed?

      If you pay from a Dutch bank, the payment is usually received by us immediately.


      If paid before 4:30 PM, the payment will be processed the same day and your order will be shipped that day.
      For international bank transfers, it may take up to 48 hours for the payment to reach our account. Once received, it will be automatically processed and your order shipped as soon as possible.


      Once you receive an invoice by email, this means your payment has been successfully processed.
