The cocoa beans used in this powder come from the coastal plains of the Ecuadorian province of Esmeralda in Ecuador. The cocoa powder is made from the finest native Arriba Nacional beans, and is cold processed into raw food. Compared to other varieties, this Cacao has a particularly mild chocolate taste.
This cocoa is very suitable for ceremonial purposes but also for baking, cooking and smoothies!
