What is a bullet?

Instructions for using the Bullet - Brown ( Elongated)

To use the bullet, turn it upside down to fill. Unscrew the bottom and fill the bullet with the desired powder. Then unscrew the bottom again and set the bullet upright. With a simple twist of the knob, ensure that the correct dose enters the head of the bullet. Then place the tip of the bullet in your nose and sniff the powder.
