The following herbs are in this mix:
• Raspberry leaf
• Red Clover
• Rose Leaf
• Peppermint
• Marigold
Usage
Pour 150ml of boiling water over 1 heaped tablespoon. Then let it steep for about 10 minutes. If you want a stronger effect, use 2 instead of 1 tablespoon.
