1. Remove the peels that are still present and crush the seeds as finely as possible with a knife or scissors. 2. Place the crushed seeds in a cup and pour over some hot (but not boiling) water. 3. Let it stand for at least 1½ hours before straining. 4. Drink the liquid first, preferably on an empty stomach, and eat the pulp half an hour later (or just throw it away). 5. Take 4 to 5 seeds for a visionary experience that lasts about 8 hours.
