The 50 gram bag contains the following herbs:
• Combretum
• Wild Dagga
• Wild Dagga extract
• Odoratum
• Skull cap
• Mullein
Usage
Pour 150ml of water over a tablespoon of herbs and let it steep for 15 minutes. Add some honey to make it tastier.
