Jurema, is a perennial shrub native to the northeastern region of Brazil. It can grow up to 8m high. The main active ingredient in Jurema is DMT (dimethyltryptamine).

Put 30 grams (beginner 15 grams) of root bark powder in 150 ml of cold water for an hour, and stir a few times. Filter out the Mimosa but keep the liquid and repeat this process with the same powder. Then combine the two liquids and drink them on an empty stomach.
